Michael Anderson founded Reliance Mortgage Company, Inc. in 1989 with 5 employees. He has worked as a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator ever since. In 1993, Mike directed the company in the origination of over $400 million in home mortgages. Today, Reliance Mortgages has closed over $8 billion under his direction.

Reverse Mortgage Processor
Sandy Wilson has over 15 years’ experience with residential mortgage loans, spending the last 6 years processing Reverse Mortgage loans. He attends conferences to remain up to date on all proper guidelines to ensure he knows how to match every client’s individual needs.

With 20 years in the Mortgage industry I have worn many hats from setup to Post-closing. I found early on that my strong point is problem solving and have a strong reputation for this. My experience allows me to have an overall knowledge of the operations side of the mortgage industry and provide a strong backbone for the department that keeps the files moving.

Al J. Keller is the company’s Controller and has been with the company since 2014. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior-level corporate real estate professional with a global management information consulting organization where he managed the development of numerous corporate office projects in the US, Latin America, UK, Eastern Europe and Canada.

The Dallas Fort Worth area has been my home for the last 40 years. I have an 18 and a 6-year-old that make me proud in many ways! In 2005 I started as a Loan processor in the mortgage industry and since have elevated to different positions within the industry.
